As a harbour village, which has interesting heritage with features such as a train and castle, this mural aims to visualise the old and the new. The school values respect, happiness, love of learning, positive attitudes and inclusion, and this mural indicates this, while also remembering old legends and local narratives like the foxhound who rescued a child from the water.
